Marketing Your Property

Internet marketing is key to any home sale these days.  It's estimated that over 90% of home buyers begin their searches online.  But simply being online isn't enough.  You have to be in the right areas and you have to understand online marketing.  For example:

PHOTOS MATTER:  Most agents take between 5-15 photos of a property, often shot with a smartphone, the same day that they agree to list your house.  We work differently, because the photos are the first step in online advertising.  Once we've previewed your home, we'll discuss any recommended fixes, changes, updates and staging ideas and give you time to implement them.  Then we come back to take the best possible photos of your home that we can.  We usually take between 100-200 photos of your property, just so we can make sure that we get 25-50 of the Best Photos to show buyers online.
